At DOPE BLONDES we are committed to providing you the finest quality ready-to-wear blonde extensions products and best customer experience possible! Our dedication is not just for our products but the process of getting your order to delivered to you as well.


Please allow standard processing on all orders, usually takes up to 2-5 business days (subject to product stock availability) for standard processing before your order ships out. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

Standard Shipping: all orders will process and ship within [ 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS ] depends on destination of delivery.

Priority Shipping: all order will process and ship within [ 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS] depends on destination of delivery. 

International Shipping: Currently Unavailable.

WE DO NOT OFFER Next Day or Expedited Shipping at this time. 


DELIVERY:

  • ALL packages are delivered via USPS (Monday-Friday) and may require a signature confirmation.
  • ALL international packages are delivered via FedEx
  • Any order placed after 5PM (CST) will start processing the following business day.
  • We DO NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 
  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. 
  • ALL orders placed after 5PM (CST) on Fridays, will process on the next business day (Monday).

P.O. BOX

If you are shipping to a (P.O. Box) packages will be sent via USPS. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to orders shipped to a P.O. Box 

***PLEASE NOTE***

All orders ship only Monday through Friday, excluding state and federal holidays within the United States. Order early to prevent delays during holidays seasons. 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We are only able to make address changes only to an order, once it has been placed. 

Address changes must be made within (2) hours of purchase. A $8 reassessment fee applies for changes requested after this time period.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all items in your cart, quantities, and shipping info is correct prior to submitting your order. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages, natural disasters, or carrier delays. 

Any returned shipments to the shipper will incur a $25 restock fee.

How long is processing, shipping, and delivery? 

After receiving tracking email, the shipping activity will become available after 24hrs.
