MEET THE FOUNDER
Plair created Dope Blondes to reflect her personal style and professional experiences.
As a teen, her early exposure to the beauty industry, was as a shampoo assistant. Taking everything from her “old-school” beauty shop training, drive to learn, she become a licensed cosmetologist. With hustler tenacity, to difficult setbacks, challenging roadblocks, twist and turns, she’s been the underdog. She knows that resilience and dedication, influenced her passion to keep developing her business.
She’s never been one to be tied down to one path, a multifaceted “go-getter”! As a former behind-the-chair stylist she’s gained invaluable insight into what it truly means to build something meaningful.
Always perfecting her craft, skill set, and talents, she has curated custom color formulas and sourced high-quality products that transform blonde styles for everybody.
This molded her vision for Dope Blondes — a brand that isn’t just about ready-to-wear blonde hair extensions, but about the beauty of including all skin tones, lifestyles, and cultures.
